My hair is naturally a medium/darkish brown color. I want to dye my hair a really dark brown (almost black) and get somewhat bright reddish/purplish highlights in my hair.
Kind of like the color this girl has, but a little darker:

I was wondering if I should dye my hair myself and then get my highlights and cut done professionally? Does the style and the color look good?

i think that would look good :) just remember when it grows out black isnt gna look good =\
