I have a darker blonde hair and it is about shoulder length and it is layered, I have no bangs or side bangs. I have sort of an oval face. I prefer a medium length hair cut. :)

I have the same as you, but I have side swept bangs. My layers are really short, too. I find it works really well and frames my face nicely.

i would keep the layer but just get it trimed a lil and get a swoop bang a swoop bang will let u do alot more things with ur hair trust me i have 1
