Marine hair cuts...?

I've been out of the marines for about 2 years now.

When I was in, I usually got a medium low reg. How can I explain this haircut to a regular barber.

Tell them you want a fade and show them how high you want your zero to be. I used to always get the low reg right at the edges and still do.

I ended up trying many different barbers until I found one (former navy) who could understand and do it right.

They refer to it commonly as a "High %26amp; Tight". Help him out by bringing in a picture of your former hairstyle and tell him this his how you would like it cut and ask what he would consider it, or tell him. This is what I mean by a Medium low regulation cut.

You can specify buzz attachment size to get your point across閳?br> I閳ユ獡 not certain, but your description of 閳ユ笗edium low reg閳?sounds like you should try the following with your barber: 閳ユ窌ive me a high and tight 1 to 2 (possibly add the word fade in there)閳?
