How should I color my hair?

My hair color right now is orangish and really light blonde. It looks horrible. The back is especially orange!

I thought of-

If I streak it with the natural medium dark brown will it look highlighted??

My hair cut right now is an A-line bob like this---

Put lowlights in it

Put some streaks of brown in the front and color the back brown?

Chunky or thin??

color it like kelly clarkson in the picture. Or go all one solid color brown. Either heavy blonde highlights to break up the orange or all over color brown is my opinion
