I am getting my hair cut this week & I need some ideas.....?

I have long hair past my bra strap on my back...It is thick, wavy %26amp; medium brown with natural red %26amp; blonde highlights...I want to keep it long but I think I might want some layers or something different done to it. I also want some highlights %26amp; lowlights...For some ideas I love Audrina's hair off of "The Hills" %26amp; I love Jessica Alba's hair as well. Pictures would be great because I need something I can print off %26amp; show my hair stylist! Thank you so much :)
