i would go with the 2nd one because it could be preppy when styled but could also be more edgy if you styled it. just get the second and buy some mousse and style serum so you can get the messy cute look or straigth and slick

you should grow your hair out super long and you could be prettyful unless you hate long hair then you have issues unless you dont like caring for it yes grow it long!
