I want to have my hair cut soon, i've tried some OK places like supercuts, haircutters, and great clips. And i'm not satisfied. I used to have my own proffesional hairstylist back in my country, so yeah, i dunno where to go here in Temecula/Murrieta area. So, where do you guys go? And how much does it cost for medium-length hair? Thanx!

my original color is dark brown

ive only dyed it three times its black now

its medium length with layers and side bangs

im growing my bangs out bc i have a bad cowlick so they look dumb!

i cant help you with new styles cuz im all in the whole "scene" hair dealio, but try bedhead products. they give really ncie shine and good texture also. :)

I have a darker blonde hair and it is about shoulder length and it is layered, I have no bangs or side bangs. I have sort of an oval face. I prefer a medium length hair cut. :)

I have the same as you, but I have side swept bangs. My layers are really short, too. I find it works really well and frames my face nicely.

ok so.

i have ideas of what i want but nothing will work with my hair type. now i have heavy bangs (which need a bad trim) and 'medium' choppy(ish) layers. my hair is a little past my shoulders.

lately ive been trimming it myself to add to the choppyness b/c no one will cut it right but im tired of it and i need some pictures of a 'sceneish' hairstyle that'll work for my hair type...i wish someone would help :)])

I get my hair done by one of my good friends... My hair is medium length with long layers and past eyebrow lenght bangs. Everytime she cuts my hair she does it vertical. Not a nice straight across cut. I used to get my hair done by a wonderful guy and he cut my hair nice straight cut. Well, since this is my friend I feel bad tellng her exactly how to cut it. I think the way she is cutting it it texturize. Well, I have fine highlighted blonde hair so it looks whipsy and distressed. How should I tell her to cut my layers, for it to look nice and crisp layers. ?

Tell her you want choppy layers. Cut out some pictures to show her. Make sure you give her a compliment on how she's been cutting your hair but tell her you want to try something different this time. Say "I saw this hair cut and it looks so cute. I'm sure you can cut my hair like this. I want to try out a new hair style." She can't be offended if you just want to try something different. I think the word "Choppy" should click for her. That usually means noticeable chunks of layers.

Personally, i like how layers look. And i really like choppy layers, especially when the length is down to about your shoulders. But thats just me...and as for other ideas, maybe you want to get highlights or tips or something. I dont know how dramatic of a change you want...but i really like switching my hair up all the time! But just go with what you think would look best!

sorry. but the only way you could go that light is if you plan on getting your roots done almost every month. you can still get your hair dyed this color, you just have to be able to have the time %26amp; money to keep it up. but what your planning on doing sounds very pretty. :D best answer?

Sorry. Your hair is too dark to ever be platinum blonde. Any beautician who says your hair can do that is not telling you the truth. If you were to bleach your hair more than two shades lighter, it would be "brassy", which means "an ugly shade of red-orange".

Definitely get a professional to do it. They will need to bleach your hair a few times to get it that light. It will go a brassy copper colour the first time, then a straw yellow colour, before going white. You will need to use blue based shampoo and conditioner during the whole process to keep it from going brassy, and conditioning treatments to stop your hair from being seriously damaged. It will take a while, but it looks amazing when you get there. It will cost you about $100 all up, depending on how long your hair is.

My hair is a medium brown and has great natural highlights. The problem is my dads hair is very curly, and my moms is flat and pin straight. It seems my hair can't decide what to do. I've tried cutting it short hoping it would curl, but it won't instead it does this weird wave. Is there any product i should use or stlye of cut i should try?

Really a funny thing. It is not behaving like either of your parents. Why not you consider yours as a unique one. If it is long and weird cut short and stylish or if it is flat try some heat setting process in a good salon to make it curly. Read some tips on these type of problems below.

I worked with a not unattractive guy with hair down to his waist. He came in one day and had cut it to his ears and I just couldn't believe how it transformed him. He looked great, and I told him so. Many of us had never really "noticed" him because all you saw was the hair. Once the hair was gone you were able to notice his eyes, his smile, and his true personality. It was great, and I think he felt better about himself because of people's reactions.

umm, the above hairstyle looks too "grown up." im 13, and i would NEVER get it. Plus, it wouldnt really match your face, and since you couldn't tie it in a ponytail, you will have to straighten it everyday, or you'll look really bad, since you have wavy hair. Trust me, i know. just please, don't get it!

In all honesty you have a great facial structure. Any length you choose will look good on you. I like the medium myself. Go with what you like.
